Personal Background and a Salute to Veterans and Service
Ron was born in Berwyn, and raised in LaGrange, IL, where his parents settled after his father’s service during the Second World War to raise their three children. At seventeen, while attending Lyons Township High School he met his future wife, Anna. She was sweet sixteen (picture from LTHS website, www.lths.net). They married three years later. Ron and Anna raised three daughters in Arlington Heights, and now there are four grandchildren. All reside in Illinois.
Ron and family have lived in Arlington Heights for over four decades plus have an Illinois family history that extends over one hundred and fifty years. Over the years family and acquaintances, many who were veterans, have served the United States of America and communities of the State of Illinois.
